After I had the chance to go over the contract as well as Toyota website to learn more about the warranty on 1/3/26, I went there on 1/5/26 to request all the warranty off as well as cancelling the loan. They gave me a print out with all the numbers to call and request all addons off. as well as to cancel the loan agreement and pay cash and they have me all over the place. Bottom-line, I would never recommend Orland Toyota. And if you go there to purchase any vehicle, make sure you look over the contract before you sign it. The contract hadn't left their office, because when I made the calls to all these other places, they couldn't find any information about my purchase. They're scammers, if you ask me. One thing I do, I blamed myself. I should have waited and get the vehicle from other locations. What hurts, is that I saw the same vehicle from other dealership for $6000 less. ”
“ Came in for tire rotation, technician never checked tire pressure. Go back in after I pick it up to have them adjusted properly. The tires are nitrogen filled with green valve stem caps. An employee started to fill with compressed air. Technician had to deflate my tire completely to release the compressed air and re fill properly with nitrogen. Get home and all valve stem caps are missing. Management had technician drive to my home to install missing caps. Sloppy work, but issues where all resolved. ”

Purchased a 2025 Rav4, was delivered with overpressured (37 psi) tires on one side and low on another (31 psi), making it less than safe to operate (35 is normal). Went in and was told it would take 1 hour to fix the tire pressure (as in put nitrogen in the tires) and I needed a service appointment. I love Toyota, but this is poor service, especially after purchasing a new car and receiving it with unsafe tire pressure, and on top of that they make you pay $99 to get nitrogen in the tires when you buy the car (you can't opt out). Great brand poor dealer service execution. Will take my service and future business to a dealer where excellent service does not end at the sale. Disappointing experience, I even spoke personally to the store manager that helped me with the sale, he could not assist me at all. ”
