He was friendly, yet professional and updated me on the status of the vehicle throughout the process. After the inspection, he reviewed recommended maintenance for my vehicle, and set up my subsequent appointment. He was thorough in his explanation of each service to be performed and the time that would be necessary for the vehicle to be at the dealer. Upon arrival for my appointment, he once again, advised me of when the vehicle would be ready for pick up. He was SPOT ON with everything. I am so excited to have a service consultant at this local dealership! I visited two other Toyota dealerships and was not at all happy with their service/staff.
